Compliance
Compliance is a foundation of our business. This page outlines FANTURO’s basic compliance principles, business conduct expectations and trade-compliance priorities.
01Our Approach to Compliance
Compliance is a precondition for FANTURO's business, not an add-on. We require all employees, managers at every level and third parties acting on our behalf to observe the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which they operate, together with industry standards and company policy, at every stage of the business.
Where commercial interest conflicts with compliance, compliance prevails. No performance target justifies a violation.
02Compliance Framework
Our compliance management system is built around organization, policy, training, monitoring and accountability.
- Management holds leadership responsibility for compliance, with a clear owner in each business unit
- Policies cover procurement, sales, production, finance and human resources
- Regular training is delivered to all staff, with dedicated modules for higher-risk roles
- Internal audits and targeted reviews identify risks and drive remediation to closure
- Violations are addressed under company policy, and serious cases are referred to the judicial authorities
03Code of Business Conduct
Integrity in Business
We disclose product information and specifications truthfully, avoid false advertising, and do not use misleading statements to influence customer decisions. Contracts are performed as agreed, and where performance is not possible we communicate promptly and resolve the matter by negotiation.
Conflicts of Interest
Employees must proactively declare any interest that could affect their professional judgement, including positions or shareholdings held by them or close relatives in a counterparty. Where a conflict exists, they must recuse themselves from the relevant decision.
Confidentiality
Customer records, technical documents, commercial proposals and non-public operating data must be safeguarded, and must not be disclosed improperly or used for personal purposes.
04Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
We prohibit commercial bribery in all forms, including giving, promising, soliciting or accepting improper benefits, whether directly or through a third party.
- Cash, gifts, travel, commissions and kickbacks must not be used to obtain business opportunities or competitive advantage
- Business hospitality and gifts must follow normal commercial practice, be reasonable in value, and be approved and recorded as required
- Compliance due diligence is carried out before engaging distributors, agents, consultants and other third parties, and anti-corruption clauses are included in contracts
- Donations and sponsorships require approval and must not be used to obtain commercial benefit
05Fair Competition
We compete on products, technology and service, and do not seek advantage through the following.
- Monopoly agreements with competitors on price, output or market allocation
- Fabricating or spreading false information that damages a competitor's reputation
- Obtaining a competitor's trade secrets by improper means
- Abusing market position to impose unfair terms
06Export Control and Trade Compliance
Where products or technology are delivered across borders, we comply with the export control, sanctions and customs rules of China and of the countries and regions in which we operate. We screen counterparties, end users and end uses, and do not supply products or technology to restricted parties or for restricted purposes.
