Explain how you plan to use the vehicle
Delivery, passenger transport and site operations call for different vehicles. For cargo use, describe the goods, typical weight and dimensions. For passenger use, describe the number of people, location and preferred cabin. These details are a useful starting point even if you have not chosen a model.
Describe the location and daily mileage
Include the country of use, road conditions and approximate daily distance. Mention slopes, narrow passages or unusual parking conditions. Route or site photos can explain your needs more clearly than a general request for more power.
Share quantity, destination and timing
Say whether you are considering a sample or a bulk order, how many vehicles you may need, where they should be delivered and your preferred arrival date. If the quantity is uncertain, provide a range or say that you are exploring a sample.
Include any configuration or document requirements
List battery, cargo-box, seating, colour or accessory requirements that are already decided. Other details can be discussed later. If your importer has requested specific documents, provide their names and intended use.
